This vehicle may or may not have passed our mechanical inspection. This vehicle may need to be towed off the dealership lot. This vehicle is being sold with known or unknown issues. The buyer has the right to have a third-party inspection and is encouraged. Wholesale to public vehicles are discounted due to current condition of the vehicle and repairs needed. All repairs, current and future, are the customers sole obligation. Buyer agrees that Dealer sold vehicle AS IS for parts only, that Dealer is neither responsible nor liable for any issues. Buyer agrees not to seek any remedies against dealer for any issues that may arise from this AS-IS purchase.
